Hotel Accommodations

A block of hotel rooms (limited number) is reserved for overnight guests on Thursday and/or Friday evenings, October 27 and 28, in close proximity to the SDRP and Colonnades Club at Memorial Stadium. Please use these links to book directly by October 17 (extended), to be guaranteed a room block rate. Parking and Transportation

Metered parking in close proximity (a 5-10 minute walk) to SDRP and Memorial Stadium is available along E. Peabody Drive as well as in Lot E-24, directly west of the Activities and Recreation Center (ARC). We recommend you download the Mobile Meter app to manage your parking duration.

Limited free parking is available in Lot E-36, on the southwest side of Memorial Stadium. Free parking is also available in Lot E-14, west of the State Farm Center. There is free MTD bus shuttle service from this lot to the SDRP front door.

Attendees who are overnight hotel guests may also inquire about complimentary shuttle service to campus provided by their respective hotel. Additionally, ridesharing services such as Uber and Lyft are easily available throughout Champaign-Urbana-Savoy.
